My two supplements that I take, especially when I want to gain muscle, are Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein, as well as the pre-workout called C4 by Cellucor. C4 gives you incredible energy and focus while working out (without crashing or getting tired a couple hours later). The casein is great to take before going to bed so that your body can use the protein for muscle repair and growth.
