But first I’ve built up certain procedures, patterns, rules; after that I’ve gained experience, with people, products, markets, solving unpredictable issues, becoming a multitasking person per minute. Now, everything is so new for me and I feel so badly the time pressure! And I’m no more looking for perfection, just for efficiency! Yeah this is a common effect of too much raw cellulose. Some people don’t have the metabolic ‘engine’ to process it as well. Try more easily digestible foods 🙂

Thank you! I was blessed last year to be able to afford a short term mission trip to Guatemala to build a well with my church team. It was a very impactful experience for me and well worth the time (lasting value added), although it took me a long time to make the decision to go. I have a retired friend who goes on several mission trips a year to help build wells in countries that don’t have clean water. I would like to do what he does. How often do you go on mission trip?
